• Custom short link creation and management

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information

5. Custom Domains

Custom domains (slugs) are subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to:

• Reject or reclaim domain names that violate our policies
• Reclaim inactive domains after 90 days of no activity
• Remove domains used for prohibited purposes

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree that:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Counter Rhythm Group, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
